[Learn] Military Vocabulary / English

Here is the list of Military Vocabulary.
Learn it and use it in Operation to improve the RP and the realism.

Global Terms :

-Compound = Complex of Buildings.

-Technical = Armed Vehicle who transporting Fighters.

-LZ = Landing Zone.

-DZ = Drop Zone.

-HQ = Head Quarters

-Katiba = Mujaheedins Brigade.

-Blockhaus = Bunker with Machinegun.

-IED = Improvised Explosif Device.

-VBIED = Vehicle Borne Improvised Explosif Device.

-ABBA = Animal Borne Bomb Attack.

-Suicide Bomber = Terrorist who explose when we walk near him.

-Broken Arrow = Term Suggesting that an Allied Squad is Submerged and requires the Support of all the Air forces of the Area.


Operation Terms :


-Mujaheedin = Islamic Fighter.

-Al-Qaida = Terrorist Organisation Based in Iraq.

-Sunni's Insurgents = Iraqi Sunni's Insurgents.

-District of Fallujah =  District of the Map of Fallujah.

-Baas Party = Party of Saddam Hussein.


Medical Terms :


-MEDEVAC = Medical Evacuation.

-WIA = Wounded in Action.

-KIA = Killed in Action.

-MIA = Missed in Action.

-POW = Prisonner of War.

-T1 = Damaged Person who has right of way requiring an Emergency evacuation at the risk of being killed.

-T2 = Light wounded person who can not any more fight and requiring all the same an Evacuation.

-T3 = Light wounded person whose Health does not require an Evacuation within 24 hours.

-T4 = Fighter Dead of his Wounds.
